Richard C. Klein, Esquire recently merged his practice with Becker Meisel, LLC. with offices in Livingston, Shrewsbury, Cherry Hill and New York, NY. Mr. Klein chairs the Family Law Department at Becker Meisel, LLC.
Early in his career, Richard C. Klein decided to focus his practice in the area of family law. Over three decades later, Mr. Klein has handled countless complex divorces, visitation and child custody cases, child support and alimony disputes and domestic violence allegations. This experience has prepared him to approach each new case individually, with the understanding and knowledge necessary to analyzing the specific needs of each client and their children. In addition to family law, Richard C. Klein, has handled many groundbreaking cases relating to secondhand smoke and internet relationships.
The firm’s mission is to aggressively pursue divorce and family law issues that can not be resolved through negotiation. It is the firm’s philosophy that negotiation is a necessary first step as it can minimize the emotional conflict and cost to resolve a divorce or parenting rights case. However, when such negotiation fails, the firm will take whatever steps are necessary in the best interest of the client.
