Klein, Esquire has now merged his practice with Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C. with offices in Philadelphia and Moorestown, New Jersey. Spector Gadon & Rosen is an affiliation of the areas finest attorneys. Mr. Klein chairs the Family Law Department at Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C.

Senior Partner, Richard C. Klein, has handled many groundbreaking cases relating to secondhand smoke and internet relationships.

The firm's mission is to aggressively pursue issues that can not be resolved through negotiation. It is the firm's philosophy that negotiation is a necessary first step as it can minimize the emotional conflict and cost to resolve a case. However, when such negotiation fails, the firm will take whatever steps are necessary in the best interest of the client.

  • Donald N. Elsas, Of Counsel to the firm’s Family Law practice, formerly was the managing shareholder of Elsas and Casel, P.C. in Willingboro, N.J. In addition to his specialty in Family Law,and concentrated on matters involved in Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Land Use Law.
  • In addition, he is admitted to practice before the US District Courts of N.J., the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
  • Mr. Elsas is presently Chair of the Supreme Court of N.J. District Fee Arbitration Committee and has served as a member of the Burlington County Early Matrimonial Settlement Program.
  • He is extremely proud of the volunteer work he has done for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Philadelphia to New Jersey Shore Bike tour which raised over $4 million last year
